I started off Melissa's birthday with the gift of a pedicure. Something she hardly ever gets to do.
The best part for her was not having to chase kids around for an hour.We all gathered for dinner at one of our favorite Mexican restaurants. Mexican restaurants used to gather around the table, give the person having a birthday a sombrero and sing Happy Birthday. With the pandemic that no longer happens. So I bought my own Mexican sombrero that will now be used for every birthday for the rest of the year.Luckily our gathering didn't exceed the 10 person maximum and everyone had a great time.
