John Mellencamp

For Christmas Michael, Melissa, Jamie and Ashley gave me 2 tickets to see John Mellencamp in concert at the Midland Theater.

I took my friend Krista because it was her birthday. This is the best picture I got of the two of us. The seating was so close together and the temperature in the building must have been 100 degrees. People were shedding their sweaters over their t-shirts.

I really don't know why they even put chairs in a venue of this sort. Everyone stands through the whole event anyway. I managed to get a small break in the crowd to get a picture of John Mellencamp. Even though it was crowded and hot, I enjoyed every minute of it and would go again. Thanks to my wonderful children for their gift.
