Sam took us to Waldo's, one of the few resorts in Vero Beach. Kind of rustice don't you think - but great atmosphere - at least that's what you say when you're trying to be nice. But in this case it was very nice. I wanted a fish sandwich - mahi mahi - but the only thing on the menu was cajun style. The waiter said the breading was cajun and he would ask the cook to leave the breading off. Well the cook left off the breading but still put the cajun spice on the fish. Took me several glasses of water but it was delicious. It was relaxing to sit poolside and view the beach.
